This 60-minute virtual appointment is for those who wish to follow up with their existing housing counselor. Your counselor will review your action plan and discuss updates and strategies for moving forward. If this is your first time meeting with one of our housing counselors, you should schedule an "Initial Counseling Appointment" instead.

If you are new to PHC or are returning after more than a year, this 90-minute appointment is the first step in our program. Your counselor will analyze your financial situation and come up with a customized action plan to get you mortgage-ready.
